Service AgreementTahér Property Cleaning Solutions Terms & Conditions

By using this website to book a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, do not book a service with us.

Booking Confirmation

Booking a service online does not guarantee availability for the requested date or time. You will be contacted by email or phone with a confirmation.

In order to reserve your cleaning date and time, a deposit of 25% of your total will be applied. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable but will be deducted from the total cleaning price.

Cleaning Crew

We generally work with teams of two or three. Occasionally, additional cleaners may be needed due to the complexity of the work or a busy schedule. We do our best to limit the rotation of cleaners in your home while still providing sufficient cross-training to our cleaning technicians.

Our cleaners are rigorously background screened prior to working with us. You can rest assured that our staff is held accountable to our professional standards.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to deny and/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, weapons on-premises, severe clutter & disconnected utilities.

Our cleaners have the choice to leave if the home is in an extremely unsanitary condition or they feel unsafe/threatened. If you book a cleaning that is unreasonable, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot & you will be charged the cancellation fee.

Cleaning Day Preparation

Your cleaning price is based on our cleaners focusing their time on cleaning. We ask that you take a few minutes to tidy up so the cleaners have easy access to the areas and surfaces to be cleaned, including floors, countertops, tabletops, etc. If you’d like our cleaners to do these tasks for you, call the office in advance so your cleaning fee can be adjusted for the additional time.

We will gladly work around pets. We ask that indoor pet activity be limited for cleaning efficiency and safety. If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to remove its cleaners from your home.

Our cleaners are instructed not to enter a home if they believe an animal poses a threat. Pets may behave differently when a family member is not present. If the removal of our cleaning technician is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.

Service Fees

Please remember that our quoted prices are based on years of experience, but we may adjust the price based on the actual condition of the home. If we arrive and determine that the job will require additional time, we will contact you before proceeding. If we are unable to reach you, the crew may have to leave and the cancellation fee will apply.

We reserve the right to reevaluate rates based on the time required to perform the service. Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions will contact the client to discuss price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs significantly from the original estimate.

Payments

In order to reserve your cleaning date and time, a deposit of 25% of your total will be applied.

Payment must be made on the day of cleaning by check, cash, Zelle, Venmo, or credit card.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service; however, we recognize that items may occasionally be missed. If this happens, please email or call us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the issue at no additional charge.

Recurring Service Discount

Recurring-service discounts begin AFTER the first cleaning service. If cleanings are skipped and the service frequency becomes less frequent than originally scheduled, the price will be adjusted to the applicable rate for the new frequency.

Rate Increases

A client’s cleaning rate may be adjusted at any time during the year if there are changes to the established service frequency, the home, or the living situation, including remodeling, a change of address, the number of people living in the home, a significant addition of furniture, etc.

Lockouts

The client shall make the service location accessible to Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions personnel on the scheduled service day. If the team is locked out of the client’s home, every effort will be made to contact the client and arrange entry. If contact is not made within 20 minutes of the cleaning team’s arrival, the scheduled cleaning will be skipped and a $70 late-cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps compensate the cleaners for unexpected lost work time and travel time. To avoid the fee, please provide an access code or place a key in a secure lockbox at the property and provide the lockbox code.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & Service Frequency

Service reliability and consistency are important to maintaining the quality of your cleaning service. Your recurring rate is based on the agreed cleaning frequency and the expected amount of time and work required to maintain your home on that schedule.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a $70 cancellation fee.

Changes to Recurring Cleaning Frequency

Recurring service pricing is based on maintaining your scheduled cleaning frequency. When a client chooses to postpone, skip, or move a cleaning outside of their regularly scheduled service week, additional time and labor may be required at the next visit.

\nBiweekly Service (Every 2 Weeks): If the cleaning is postponed beyond the regularly scheduled week, causing the service interval to extend to approximately 4 weeks, a 25% service adjustment will be added to the regular cleaning rate.
\nEvery 4 Weeks Service: If the cleaning is postponed beyond the regularly scheduled week, causing the service interval to extend beyond the regular 4-week schedule and toward an extended interval of up to approximately 8 weeks, a 45% service adjustment will be added to the regular cleaning rate.

These adjustments reflect the additional buildup, time, labor, and supplies that may be required when the regular maintenance schedule is interrupted.

If the condition of the home requires substantially more work than can reasonably be completed as a recurring maintenance cleaning, Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to adjust the service price or recommend a Deep Cleaning before service begins.

Frequency adjustments do not apply when Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions requests or initiates the schedule change.

By maintaining your regular cleaning schedule, you help us provide consistent service quality, predictable appointment times, and your established recurring-service rate.

Seasonal & Extended Service Pauses

We understand that some clients may temporarily leave their residence for an extended period due to seasonal travel, vacations, or other planned absences.

Clients who know they will be away for an extended period should notify Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions in advance so their recurring service can be placed on pause.

Returning After an Extended Pause

Recurring cleaning rates are based on maintaining the home at its regularly scheduled frequency. After an extended pause, the first cleaning may require additional time and attention to restore the home to its regular maintenance condition.

For service pauses of 8 weeks or longer, the first cleaning upon return will be priced at our current Initial Cleaning rate, based on the size and condition of the home.

Once the Initial Cleaning has been completed, the client may resume their previously agreed recurring cleaning frequency and recurring service rate.

Vacant Homes

We recognize that a vacant home may require less work than an occupied home. The condition of the property will be evaluated upon arrival.

If the home has remained vacant and its condition requires significantly less work than a typical Initial Cleaning, Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions may adjust the Initial Cleaning price accordingly at its discretion.

If unexpected conditions require additional labor or time, the client will be informed of any necessary price adjustment before additional work is performed.

Recurring Schedule

Returning clients are subject to scheduling availability. Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions cannot guarantee that the client’s previous day or time slot will remain available after an extended service pause.

Reserved Service Exceptions

Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions may maintain special scheduling arrangements with established clients who choose to pay their full scheduled service rate even when they cancel or do not require a scheduled cleaning.

When the full service amount is paid:

The regular cancellation fee will not be charged in addition to the full service payment.
The payment reserves the client’s recurring place in the schedule.
The payment is for the scheduled appointment and reserved time and is not considered a credit toward a future cleaning.

Next Scheduled Cleaning

Payment for a missed cleaning does not guarantee that the condition of the home at the next visit will require the same amount of time or labor as a normal recurring cleaning.

If the next scheduled cleaning requires substantially more time or work due to the extended period between completed services, Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to apply an appropriate service adjustment.

Any significant adjustment will be communicated to the client before additional work is performed.

Special Arrangement

Reserved Service Exceptions are offered at the discretion of Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions and are not automatically available to all recurring clients.

Individual arrangements may be maintained for long-standing clients based on their service history and established agreement with the company.

Alarm

If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that it is in the off position or call our office with the code & proper directions for use. If the code changes, please let us know so you do not incur a lockout charge.

Use of Homeowner’s Vacuum

If you request to use your vacuum, we will not assume or accept any liability for damage to the unit. Since we are not responsible for the maintenance of the vacuum, we will not be responsible for any repairs to it. This is important because if the vacuum is not in working order when we arrive to clean your home, we will not be able to perform any vacuuming of carpet & hard floor surfaces.

Cleaning Supplies

We provide the equipment and products needed to thoroughly clean your home. If you require us to use green cleaning products only, please let us know before the service begins.

If you require us to use your cleaning supplies, note that we are not responsible for any damage associated with those products. When this request is made, we ask that you have the cleaning products and supplies ready so we can perform the service as efficiently as possible.

Items We Cannot Clean

Mold removal is a specialty service that we do not provide. We cannot be held liable for mold-related risks in clients’ homes.

We cannot clean hoarding homes or areas containing animal or human bodily fluids, blood, feces, vomit, urine, other excretions, cat litter boxes, or bird cages.

Unreachable Areas & Heavy Items

For safety and liability reasons, our cleaners cannot climb higher than a step stool or work outside your home. Cleaners cannot move objects weighing more than 35 pounds. If you would like us to clean behind heavy objects, please move them prior to the cleaning.

Breakage/Damage & Loss Policy

While such occurrences are rare, the possibility of breakage or damage exists while we clean. Our cleaners exercise reasonable care when cleaning your home, and we carry insurance for damage or breakage caused by our cleaners.

We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation of an item in your home, or artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms that were not disclosed during the booking process. These items include, but are not limited to, the following:

Artwork, Collectibles & Family Heirlooms

These items may be expensive or impossible to replace. The client should point out such items before service begins and advise us how fragile items should be handled and cared for.

Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any personal items. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed.

Cleaners Arrival Window

We schedule our cleanings in an order that minimizes drive time in an effort to maintain reasonable prices and avoid trip fees. If you require a specific time we will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, no times are guaranteed.

Due to the unpredictable nature of our business and unforeseen circumstances, including traffic, weather, or mechanical problems, please allow us the flexibility to schedule cleaning appointments between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

We generally do not arrive more than 30 minutes early or more than 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If we are running late, we will call and/or text you.

Holidays

Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions does not provide cleaning services on observed holidays.

If your scheduled day falls on an observed holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. The following holidays are observed:

Independence Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas Day

Inclement Weather

We will be closed for business when weather conditions prevent the Cherokee County or Cobb County School Districts from opening.

Key Access Policy

To protect the security and privacy of our clients, Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions does not accept or store house keys.

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled service day using one of the following methods:

Leaving the door unlocked during the scheduled service window.
Providing a door, garage, or gate access code.
Placing a key in a secure lockbox and providing the access code.

Non-Solicitation of Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions Cleaners

As our customer, we ask that you agree not to solicit or hire any of our cleaners to work directly for you. Our professional cleaners are background checked, their references are verified, and they complete comprehensive cleaning training. Significant time, resources, and money are invested in each new employee before they are assigned to work in our customers’ homes.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We have made every effort to design our website to be useful, informative, helpful, and transparent. We welcome feedback about improvements or changes that could make it easier for you to find the information you need.

Tahér Property Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
